	FAQ SPECIAL NOTE: As with any exercise program, you should check with your physician to see if you are healthy enough to work out. If you are, ZUMBA® is the best way to get fit, lean and have a BLAST!! Why Zumba? Answer: ZUMBA® is so much FUN you forget you are exercising, you are just here to PARTY!! Why is Coco Dance Co different from other ZUMBA® classes? Answer: Coco Dance Co has created an actual Latin club atmosphere.Taking your fitness experience to a whole new level! The music is state of the art, the lighting would make a nightclub envious. We offer a brand new facility, with new hardwood floors, large screen monitors, a clean, well lit parking lot and so much more. Coco Dance Co thought of everything! COME JOIN the COCO DANCE CO ZUMBA® PARTY!!!! Is ZUMBA® good for losing weight? Answer: Losing weight,and getting fit has never been so much FUN! Is ZUMBA® low impact? Answer: ZUMBA® classes have different levels. If you need low impact, just stop before the high impact level begins. If you have any questions, PLEASE, feel free to ask Lester ( Owner) or the instructor before class. What do I wear? Answer: Wear comfortable clothing, just make certain you aren't dragging your hem on the floor. There are many types of fabrics and styles for this type of activity. You can even purchase ZUMBA® gear through the ZUMBA store. Do I need to know how to dance to take ZUMBA® fitness classes? Answer: NO, you will learn all of the necessary moves from our instructors and before you know it, you are DANCING!!! Do I need to bring anything? Answer: Bring water and a towel ( you WILL sweat ). Oh, Yes and most importantly, BRING A FRIEND, it's more fun with friends. ( Also a great way to meet new friends! ) Are men and women in the same class? Answer: Most classes have mostly women, we do encourage men to come to any of our classes. Just enjoy the music, the lights and let your body MOVE to the music!
